Dear Valued Customer,
As you may be aware there have been an outage lately where our cPanel server have required emergency downtime as well as issues regarding the ability to edit or add zone files.
After further investigation it appears that dnsadmin ships with a bug in cPanel 11.42.1.2 which leads to the servers actually locking up and requiring a hard cycle of the server.
This morning most servers have been updated to 11.42.1.3 where the issue is resolved.
Per cPanel this was further aggravated since DNS services are run on our cluster and not directly on the servers.
We are also taking this time today to perform further general maintenance, this should not yield a impact of service.
